Wingert Realty and Land Services, Inc. is a full-service agricultural real estate firm. We specialize in the brokerage, appraisal and management of farm land in Minnesota and northern Iowa.

Since 1985, we have represented all forms of land sales and purchases including farmland, hobby farms, livestock facilities, recreational land and rural developments. We complete transactions using forward and reverse Section 1031 exchanges, the lease or sale governmental programs, including CREP, CRP, RIM, WRP, EQUIP, wetland restoration of investments, appraisals, management and development.

We work regularly with out-of-state sellers and buyers. We offer the sale of our client's properties by private treaty, sealed bid auctions, public cry auctions, multi parcel, and live internet auctions.
